it's official- i have super b00bs... little girl had her 2 week appointment yesterday & is up a grand total of 1 whole inch & 1 pound 1 ounce! she is doing fantastic & is eating just fine! i got my pump today & plan to start pumping one side while she nurses the other. i just don't know if i should do that every feeding or not- i am thinking i will during the day for sure, but night might be just for us. thoughts?

I wouldn't pump quite that much. Sounds like you are a good producer and if you take that much you might lead to overproduction and engorgement, which can be painful. Are you trying to biuld a stock up for work?

This website is a great resource for breastfeeding. I went back to work at 6 weeks and didn't start pumping till week 5. Pumping is a drag, so don't start too early. And remember that at about 3 months your production kind of levels out. In the begining it fluctuates a lot more based on the baby's needs.
